How much is shipping?

US shipping is free on orders of $120 or more after discounts. Below $120, shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery takes 8–12 business days.

How do I choose a size?

Read the fit note on the individual product page. Some pieces run small or have an oversized fit. Sneaker sizes are shown in EU sizing; compare them with the label on a pair you own from the same brand.

Does a matching outfit include both pieces?

Products marked “Separates” are priced per selected piece. Choose the top and bottom individually, or use the matching picker to add both. You can choose a different size for each piece.

Where is my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. You can also contact us with your order number.

Can I change an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether the order can still be changed before it ships.

What is the return policy?

Request a return within 14 days of delivery. See eligibility, exceptions and return costs.

Can I save on a complete outfit?

Add two pieces for 10% off, or three or more for 15% off. On a product page, use the bundle picker to choose another piece from the same category, with its own color and size. Your eligible savings appear in the bag and at checkout. Welcome code PALM10 gives 10% off once per customer; offers do not stack.
