Shipping across the United States

US shipping is free on orders $120+ after discounts. Below $120, shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery takes 8–12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

We send a shipping confirmation with a tracking link when your order ships. An order may arrive in separate parcels; use each tracking link for its latest update.

Delivery help

Check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting. If your order is delayed, missing or marked delivered but cannot be found, message us on WhatsApp with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

If we cannot meet the promised delivery window, we will notify you and offer the options required by law, including cancellation and a refund. An undelivered order is not simply treated as the customer's loss.
