Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Orders are subject to availability. If an item cannot be supplied or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you and refund any canceled item. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Product choices

Please check the selected piece, color, size and any personalized text before ordering. Items marked as separates are priced per selected piece. Product photos are the primary guide to the item; campaign imagery is styled editorial content. Screen colors can vary. Product fit notes take priority over general sizing guidance.

Delivery

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days. If a delay prevents us meeting the promised delivery window, we will inform you and explain your options, including cancellation and a refund where required. See our shipping policy.

Changes and returns

Contact us promptly for an order change or cancellation. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. Our return policy explains the 14-day request window, return condition and postage.

Promotions

Promotions apply only as described. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts do not combine; Shopify applies the eligible offer. Refunds reflect the price actually paid. A discount code has no cash value.

Fair use and legal rights

You must provide accurate order and contact information and use the website lawfully. We may refuse fraudulent or abusive orders and refund canceled purchases. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain in force.

Products on request

For a custom request, upload a reference image and provide the model, color and size. We review the requested specification and contact you if we cannot supply it at the price paid. We will not substitute a different product, increase the price or change the agreed specification without your approval. If we cannot fulfill the order and you do not accept an alternative, we refund the canceled item. A sourced item is not automatically personalized: any change-of-mind restriction for genuine personalization must be disclosed before purchase.
