Refund policy

14-day return requests

Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging. Careful indoor try-on is allowed.

Return costs

You pay return postage for a change of mind or a size you selected incorrectly. We do not charge a restocking fee. The return destination depends on the item; contact us for the correct address and instructions before mailing anything. Do not send returns to the sender address on the parcel.

Wrong or defective items

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return postage when a return is needed.

Exceptions

Personalized items and opened hygiene-sensitive goods, including underwear and opened fragrances, are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect remedies for faulty, misdescribed or incorrect goods, or other rights required by law.

A product sourced through Custom Requests follows the same return policy unless it is genuinely personalized and the restriction was disclosed before purchase. Tell us about a wrong or defective item promptly; the 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit rights that apply by law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will confirm the refund and issue it to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. If an order cannot be delivered, contact us for a replacement or refund as applicable.
